The Peninsula is a regular run for us, not an occasional trip. We work the bay side from Mornington and Mount Eliza down through Mount Martha, Safety Beach and Dromana, and the Western Port side across Tyabb, Hastings, Bittern, Crib Point and Somerville, plus the inland pockets at Mornington East and Langwarrin South.
Peninsula housing splits two ways. Along the bay you find holiday houses and weekenders where bedrooms sit empty for weeks and the robe mostly holds linen, beach gear and spare bedding. Behind the coast, around Tyabb, Somerville and Bittern, properties are larger and lived in year round, carrying the storage load of a full-time family. Either way the result depends on how the interior is divided, so we measure yours rather than work to a standard plan.
